Our family law solicitors have extensive experience of dealing with the breakdown of family relationships, involving separation, judicial separation and divorce and, in particular, advising on the legal, financial, taxation and welfare issues involved. We have experience also in co-habitation, access, maintenance, guardianship and custody matters.

We advise clients on the courses of action available to them and are experienced in resolving family law matters through active collaboration directly between the parties, negotiations or mediation between the parties, where possible, and, where necessary, through the Court system.
